Richard Rutschman, an educator and professional development facilitator with expertise in motivational interviewing (MI), will lead this training It will introduce you to the spirit of MI (mindset/heart-set) and take time to work on examining the four processes (sequence of the conversation) while building the core skills in an interactive manner to maximize learning. Participants from the various professions will explore strategies to help guide the conversations in a way to helping clients formulate decisions and plans as they use the Collaborative Divorce Process. This session will give providers with an additional tool for guiding conversations toward positive outcomes.
