Are you interested in helping families resolve their differences peacefully rather than battling as adversaries in the courtroom? Divorce doesn't have to be destructive. The Collaborative Divorce Process enables couples to approach divorce in a non-adversarial manner, through agreements tailored to family priorities and alternatives to fighting in court.

Join us for this informative and interactive training and discover the roles of the attorneys, mental health coaches, and financial neutrals as they form a Collaborative team to support clients in the Collaborative Divorce Process.

Over two days, CLII's experienced and knowledgeable Fellows serve as trainers who will demonstrate a Collaborative case from beginning to end and explore the skills needed to be a Collaborative Divorce practitioner--from initial case screening, to interest-based negotiations, team meetings, and ethical considerations.
