Attend and learn skills and gain insight into helping clients and Collaborative teams shift from positions to interests and find solutions which meet the needs of the parties. It will cover the theme of shifting from judgment to curiosity in Collaborative Practice. 

Jacinta Gallant is a collaborative lawyer, mediator, trainer and presenter in Prince Edward Island who works exclusively as a settlement advocate, using her highly developed skills and wisdom to help people untangle the knots of conflict and be the designers of their own solutions. Mental Health Professionals - This program is approved for 6 hours of Continuuing Education Units by Margaret S. Powers for all licensed Mental Health Professionals.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be emailed to adminclii@collablawil.org. Cancellations received by April 17th will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after April 17th will receive NO refund or credit.
